Police open fire in Żory after officer knocked down during car stop

During a police operation in Żory, Silesia, officers attempted to stop a vehicle whose driver struck one of them. Police fired shots at the car in response. The injured officer sustained non-life-threatening wounds that did not require hospitalisation.
