Żabka takeover: Couche-Tard launches bid at 32 zlotys per share

Canadian retail giant Alimentation Couche-Tard has announced a tender offer for all shares of Żabka Group at 32 zlotys per share. The acquiring entity will be Circle K Polska sp. z o.o., the Polish subsidiary of Couche-Tard. The bid covers the entirety of the convenience store chain's shares.
