Couche-Tard launches Żabka tender offer at 32 zlotys — Circle K Polska to acquire chain

Alimentation Couche-Tard has announced a tender offer for all shares of Zabka Group at 32 zlotys per share. The acquiring entity is Circle K Polska sp. z o.o. The transaction aims to gain full control of the chain and delist it from the stock exchange.
