Morocco demands Spain return Ceuta, calling it an "occupied city"

Moroccan Minister of Islamic Affairs Ahmed Toufiq has laid claim to Ceuta — the Spanish exclave in North Africa — calling it an "occupied" city. The remarks were made in the presence of King Mohammed VI of Morocco. Morocco considers Ceuta part of its own territory.
