Circle K owner bids for 100% of Żabka shares at 32 PLN each

Alimentation Couche-Tard, the owner of Circle K, has launched a tender offer for 100% of Żabka Group shares at 32 PLN per share. The bid covers over one billion shares. Ipopema Securities is acting as intermediary in the transaction.
