Iran and Oman in talks over temporary corridor through Strait of Hormuz

Iran and Oman held talks in Tehran on managing shipping traffic through the Strait of Hormuz, along with a joint mine-clearing project. Further negotiations are planned to work towards a permanent arrangement for the strategically vital waterway.
