Polish government wants clear rules on who pays for balcony repairs in housing communities

Current regulations cause disputes in housing communities: a flat owner uses the balcony, but the cost of repairing its structure can fall on all residents. The government plans to write clear rules into law specifying who is financially responsible for balconies, terraces and loggias.
