Polish infrastructure minister announces new rules for high-speed electric scooters

Infrastructure Minister Dariusz Klimczak announced plans to tighten regulations on high-speed electric vehicles resembling scooters and bikes but reaching motorcycle-level performance. Such vehicles could be banned from Polish roads. Klimczak acknowledged that fast "electric monsters" pose a genuine public safety problem.
