US asked Ukraine to halt Moscow strikes during CIA director's visit to Russian capital
The US reportedly asked Ukraine to refrain from striking Moscow while a high-level American delegation was in the Russian capital, according to RBC-Ukraine. CBS News reported that CIA Director John Ratcliffe was among those present in Moscow. Reuters later confirmed that Ratcliffe had already left the city.
