€750 for a 10m² flat: students slam housing market absurdity

Students looking for rental flats are increasingly confronted with asking prices of 3,000 złoty a month for tiny 10-square-metre studios, often in poor condition dating back to the 1980s. One student was told by a landlord that a washing machine was unnecessary because "you can wash in a bowl." Prices that would have seemed absurd a few years ago have become the new normal.
