Moroccan minister calls for "liberation" of Spanish enclave Ceuta

Moroccan Minister Ahmed Toufiq called for the "liberation" of Ceuta, the Spanish enclave in northern Africa, speaking in the presence of the Moroccan king. The enclave is still unsettled following a storming by tens of thousands of migrants in July. The remarks sharpen already strained relations between Madrid and Rabat.
