Typhoon Narra floods southern China, over 15,000 evacuated
Typhoon Narra has triggered widespread flooding across southern China, submerging homes and forcing mass evacuations. In Chongzuo, Guangxi, authorities evacuated more than 15,000 people after water levels surpassed a record set in 2008. Meanwhile, a second storm system, Typhoon Saudel, is tracking toward Japan and Taiwan, with heavy rain also forecast for parts of Vietnam and southern China.
