Billings massacre: 31-year-old kills eight relatives, sets house on fire

In Billings, Montana, 31-year-old Shamar Elkins shot and killed eight of his relatives, including four children, during a Sunday family dinner. After the killings he set the house on fire, then took his own life. It is one of the deadliest family massacres in recent US history.
