Polish government plans state guarantees on loans for SIM and TBS housing cooperative contributions
The Polish government has prepared a legislative proposal to extend state guarantees to consumer loans taken out for participation in housing construction through Social Housing Initiatives (SIM) and Social Housing Associations (TBS), as well as cooperative housing contributions. The move is intended to lower financing costs and make affordable rental housing more accessible to applicants.
