CIA chief in Moscow — Kyiv says it knows "concrete aspects" of US-Russia talks

CIA Director John Ratcliffe travelled to Moscow for talks with Russian officials. A Telegram channel linked to the head of the Ukrainian presidential office, Kyrylo Budanov, stated that Kyiv is "aware of the concrete aspects and issues" being discussed between the Americans and Russians. The channel added that the results of the talks "could prove crucial for the further course of events."
