Study of 338 NFL players' brains finds nearly all had CTE

A new analysis of the brains of 338 deceased NFL players found that nearly all had chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), a degenerative brain disease linked to repeated head trauma. The study shows the prevalence of CTE among recently deceased NFL players is higher than previously estimated. The findings add to growing concerns about the long-term health consequences of playing American football.
