Mistral and HUMAIN to build 'sovereign AI' infrastructure in Saudi Arabia worth hundreds of millions of euros

French AI company Mistral and Saudi firm HUMAIN have announced plans to build sovereign AI infrastructure in Saudi Arabia and across the region, in a deal valued in the hundreds of millions of euros. The partnership deepens the flow of Gulf capital into European AI companies. The project aims to create AI infrastructure independent of foreign technology platforms.
