Trump orders flags at half-mast after Dolly Parton's death

US President Donald Trump ordered flags to be flown at half-mast in honour of Dolly Parton, who died on August 25 at the age of 80. The Queen of Country Music's death was announced by her nephew Bryan Seaver.
