Minister criticises Giertych for defending Kral: "Unfortunate, to say the least"
Minister for Funds and Regional Policy Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz criticised Roman Giertych for taking on the defence of Przemysław Kral, the former head of Zondacrypto. She described the decision as "unfortunate, to say the least," noting that Giertych is also a prominent Civic Coalition politician. While acknowledging his right as a lawyer to defend any client, she called the combination of political and legal roles problematic.
