Ukraine could assemble Storm Shadow missiles within 6–12 months, expert says

Aviation expert Anatoliy Khrapchynsky believes Ukraine has the technological capacity to begin assembling Storm Shadow and SCALP cruise missiles from major components. He estimates that the first results of such assembly could be achieved within 6 to 12 months. Developing domestic weapons production could significantly boost Ukraine's combat capabilities.
