CERT Polska warns of phishing scam promising electricity bill refunds

CERT Polska has warned of a resurgent phishing campaign in which scammers impersonate electricity providers and promise refunds for overpaid bills. The messages direct victims to fake websites closely mimicking real energy supplier portals, with the aim of stealing login credentials and payment card details.
