Former Polish mayor charged after paying for his own postgrad studies from public funds
The former head of the Ulhówek commune in the Lublin voivodeship has been charged with abuse of authority by a public official. He allegedly used 9,500 złoty from the commune's budget to pay for his own postgraduate studies while in office. The case is being handled by the District Prosecutor's Office in Zamość.
