Michał Sapota released from custody after paying 7 million złoty bail
Michał Sapota, founder of the HRE group and head of HREIT, was released from pre-trial detention after posting a 7 million złoty bail. He is suspected of leading an organised criminal group and defrauding investors and flat buyers. Investigators estimate at least 1,736 victims, with losses potentially reaching three billion złoty.
