Waymo plans autonomous ride-hailing service in Munich from 2027

Waymo, Alphabet's self-driving car company, plans to launch a ride-hailing service in Munich in 2027. The company set up subsidiaries in several European countries this summer as it prepares to expand beyond the United States. Munich is the first specific European city named as an operational target.
