CIA chief Ratcliffe visits Moscow for high-level talks
CIA Director John Ratcliffe travelled to Moscow on Tuesday for high-level meetings with Russian officials, according to two US media outlets. It is believed to be his first known trip to Russia since becoming US spy chief. The visit comes as US-brokered talks aimed at ending the war in Ukraine have stalled, though neither Washington nor the Kremlin officially confirmed the trip.
