Nine years after the mass exodus of Rohingya refugees from Rakhine State, the crisis is entering a more dangerous phase as international aid shrinks and the prospect of return remains remote. A generation of refugees has grown up in camps with little hope of going home. Global attention has largely moved on, yet the flow of displaced people has not stopped.
