Kremlin advertises "alternative service" with 2.3 million roubles and promise of no frontline deployment
Advertisements for "alternative military service" have appeared near Moscow metro stations, promising a one-time payment of 2.3 million roubles (around 110,000 PLN), soldier benefits and a guarantee of no deployment to Ukraine. The campaign was reported by the Wot Tak and Ostorozhno, Novosti outlets. Analysts view it as the Kremlin's latest attempt to recruit soldiers without announcing a formal mobilisation.
