Couple killed by car on Kraków's Solna Street — speed bump to be installed after tragedy

A driver fatally struck a couple on Solna Street in Kraków; the pair were the parents of an infant, who was hospitalised in critical condition. Acting city president Stanisław Kracik announced a speed bump will now be installed at the location, despite city authorities insisting a technical opinion did not require it. The district council had requested traffic-calming measures on that stretch two years ago, but the request was not acted upon.
