Energa launches agrivoltaic project in Lubań — crops and solar power on the same land

Energy company Energa has launched the "Lubań Energy Island" research and development project in Lubań, Kościerzyna County, Pomerania. The initiative combines solar energy generation with agricultural crops on the same plot of land — a model known as agrivoltaics. Energy Minister Miłosz Motyka said local power production is the key to lower electricity prices in Poland.
