IKEA lays off 250 workers in Wielbark — most struggling to find new jobs

IKEA carried out mass layoffs at its Wielbark plant, affecting around 250 employees. The company has long been the town's largest employer, making the redundancies a serious blow to the local community. A former employee told "Fakt" newspaper that fewer than ten people among those laid off quickly found new work.
