US military aircraft and diplomatic convoy spotted in Moscow amid speculation

An American diplomatic convoy was spotted on the streets of Moscow escorted by police vehicles. Reuters reported that a US military transport aircraft had previously landed at Moscow's Vnukovo airport. Neither the US nor Russian authorities have officially explained the purpose of the visit.
