Chainalysis-led operation flags 7,700 accounts in child abuse crypto probe
Operation Lighthouse, led by Chainalysis, generated 14,300 investigative leads across 11 cryptocurrency exchanges and payment services, flagging over 7,700 suspect accounts linked to child sexual abuse material (CSAM). It is one of the largest crypto-focused operations of its kind.
