Apple unveils M6 and M5 Ultra chips — first 2nm processor and most powerful chip ever

Apple has announced two new Apple Silicon chips: the M6 and the M5 Ultra. The M6 debuts in the new Mac mini and is Apple's first processor built on a 2nm process. The M5 Ultra launches in a refreshed Mac Studio and is described by Apple as its most powerful chip ever, designed for demanding tasks like 3D rendering and running frontier AI models.
