Zelensky: Ukraine is not in NATO, so it has no obligation to defend Estonia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, speaking at a joint press conference with Estonian President Alar Karis, stated that Ukraine is not a NATO member and therefore carries no formal alliance obligations to defend countries such as Estonia. Zelensky also disclosed that an unspecified ally had supplied Ukraine with an undisclosed number of Patriot missile interceptors. His remarks came in response to questions about Ukraine's willingness to defend the Baltic states.
