Nawrocki refers "Lex Charlatan" medical disinformation law to Constitutional Tribunal

President Karol Nawrocki neither signed nor vetoed the "Lex Charlatan" law combating medical disinformation, instead referring it preventively to the Constitutional Tribunal. The new regulations will not take effect until the Tribunal rules on the matter. A recent United Surveys poll for Wirtualna Polska shows Poles are split on the decision.
