Polish astrology institute gets €84,000 EU grant to learn three languages

The Marshal's Office in Olsztyn awarded over 84,000 zlotys in EU funding to the AstroLab Institute for Astrology Research in Ełk. The institute is run by a single person, Robert Marzewski, who plans to use the money to learn English, German and Russian in order to read astrology books in their original languages. The case has drawn criticism as an example of wasteful EU fund allocation.
