Olsztyn marshal's office gave €84k in EU funds to astrologer for language courses

The marshal's office in Olsztyn awarded over 84,000 złoty in European Union funds to the AstroLab Institute for Astrological Research in Ełk — a one-person operation run by Robert Marzewski. He plans to use the money to learn English, German and Russian so he can read astrology books in their original languages. The marshal has commented on and defended the decision.
