Kazakhstan starts fuel exports to Russia — one refinery sends 70% of output

Kazakhstan has begun shipping small quantities of petrol to Russia, the country's Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov announced Tuesday. One refinery will direct around 70% of its petrol and diesel output to the Russian market. The news was reported by Interfax-Kazakhstan.
