Thailand moves toward Bitcoin and Ether ETFs with draft rules

Thailand's Securities and Exchange Commission has launched public consultations on draft rules for local Bitcoin and Ether exchange-traded funds. The proposed framework also sets qualification standards for foreign digital asset custodians operating in the country. Thailand joins a growing number of countries exploring the approval of crypto ETFs on domestic markets.
