James Lew, action film actor and stuntman with a 50-year career, dies aged 73
James Lew, born on 6 September 1952 in Escalon, California, has died aged 73. Over a nearly 50-year career he appeared in more than 90 films as both an actor and stuntman, becoming a fixture of Hollywood action cinema. He began his on-screen career in 1974 with the ABC series "Kung Fu" and was also a decorated martial arts competitor, training in kung fu, tae kwon do, jeet kune do, hapkido and boxing.
