New evidence delays trial of Libyan charged over 1988 Lockerbie bombing
The trial of a Libyan man charged in connection with the 1988 bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie has been delayed after new evidence emerged. The attack remains Britain's deadliest-ever terror incident, killing all 259 people on board and 11 on the ground in the Scottish town of Lockerbie.
