Dozens of same-sex marriage transcriptions registered on first day of new rules

Dozens of same-sex marriage certificates issued abroad were transcribed into Poland's civil registry on the first day of new regulations, Deputy Minister of Digitalisation Dariusz Standerski told Polish Radio 24 on Tuesday. The new rules allow foreign same-sex marriage certificates to be formally recorded in Poland's civil registry system. The exact number of transcriptions nationwide ran into the dozens.
