Nowacka: Constitutional Tribunal has a "political defect" and is not binding on the government

Education Minister Barbara Nowacka said on TVN24 that the current Constitutional Tribunal is a body with a "political defect" and that its rulings carry no binding legal force for the government. The remarks came in the context of Law and Justice (PiS) filing a complaint to the Tribunal against the new health education curriculum. Nowacka also dismissed the PiS application itself as groundless.
