Putin signs law allowing seizure of retail warehouses hit by Ukrainian drone attacks
Vladimir Putin has signed a law enabling the state to seize retail warehouses that come under Ukrainian drone attack. Kyiv has increasingly targeted online retail logistics centres, accusing them of providing support to the Russian armed forces. The new legislation is designed to allow rapid state takeover of such facilities outside normal legal procedures.
