Nawrocki's vetoes cost the budget over 8 billion zloty, Finance Ministry calculates

The Finance Ministry has estimated that just six vetoes by President Karol Nawrocki could reduce this year's budget revenues by more than 8 billion zloty. The costliest was the veto of a windfall tax on fuel profits, which alone cut the budget by 3.8 billion zloty. The ministry's calculations were prepared for the Rzeczpospolita newspaper.
