Prosecutors finish gathering evidence against Hołownia and Kobosko, immunity waiver requests pending

The Silesian organised crime prosecutors have gathered what they consider sufficient evidence to charge MP Szymon Hołownia and MEP Michał Kobosko. Draft requests to lift the immunity of both politicians have been sent to the National Prosecution Service. Prosecutors have not disclosed what specific charges they intend to bring.
