Lawyer: Presidential 'lex charlatan' bill is a guide on how to dodge liability

Prof. Mikołaj Małecki, speaking to PAP, criticised the presidential bill intended to combat pseudo-medical practices, calling it "empty provisions that eliminate no real problem." The lawyer argued the bill effectively provides a guide for charlatans on how to avoid legal liability. Małecki stressed that the regulations in their current form are ineffective.
