Canada's PM Carney: new US tariffs 'designed to hurt us and divide us'

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said new US tariffs are deliberately designed to harm Canada and sow division. "We cannot accept what they've offered, and we will not give what they've asked," Carney said in a speech outlining Canada's position on the trade dispute.
