UK to use Ukrainian battlefield data to train AI protecting military sites

The UK and Ukraine have struck a deal allowing AI models trained on data from Ukraine's Avengers AI lab to protect British defence sites, railways and energy plants from protesters and hostile states. Private companies will also gain access to the battlefield data trove to develop new systems. It is described as the first agreement of its kind in the UK.
