German discounter TEDi takes over Woolworth GmbH's 74 Polish stores

German discount retailer TEDi has acquired Woolworth GmbH's Polish operations in a deal completed less than a month ago. The takeover covers 74 stores and more than 500 employees, who will now operate under the TEDi brand. Rebranding has already begun, with new signage visible at select locations.
